Throughout my career, I've developed a practical sense for balancing speed with design process — a skill built from years spent in diverse environments that each demanded a different approach.
I believe in collaborative environments with close proximity between Design, Strategy, and Technology — the kind that ensures both users and business goals actually get met. More recently, I've been incorporating AI into that approach, using it to move faster, get to better, more refined outcomes, and bring teams closer around ideas, research data, and possible solutions.
